Neuro-inclusive Organising
Organising that works with your brain, not against it.
Traditional tidying often relies on executive function skills that may be more difficult for neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, and more) to adapt to. If you’ve tried every planner on the market and nothing sticks, it’s likely because the system wasn’t built for your specific way of thinking.
How I support you:
- Overcoming “Threshold Anxiety”: I know the feeling of not wanting to let anyone through the door. My goal is to be the person you can let in—without having to tidy up for the organiser first.
- “Cram & Slam” Cupboards: We’ve all got that one door (or room) we have to close really quickly before everything spills out. I help you safely dismantle these “doom piles” at a pace that doesn’t cause burnout.
- Task Twin: I provide a calm, non-judgmental presence to help you stay on task and reduce the activation energy needed to start.
- Sensory Consideration: We look at visual noise and “clutter-triggers” to ensure your home feels like a sanctuary, not a source of overstimulation.
The Process
Taking the first step is often the hardest part, and I want you to know there is no judgement when I walk through your door.
There is no need to tidy up or clean beforehand; in fact it helps me more if I am able to assess your space as it normally is, so we can focus on solutions that work with you.

1. Initial conversation
We start with a consultation to discuss your challenges and goals. Whether in person or virtually, this is where you explain what the issue is; perhaps that’s an upcoming move, a room that no longer functions, paperwork that has built up, or a life transition that’s shifted everything.
2. Agreement & Plan
If you decide to proceed, I send a written agreement covering scope of work, confidentiality, insurance, and session structure. This protects both of us and ensures clarity.
We confirm dates, times, and practical details — access, pets, parking, household considerations — so that when I arrive, we can begin calmly and efficiently. Everything is transparent before we start.
3. Sessions
On the day, I work alongside you in your home. We look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what would genuinely make daily life easier. From there, we organise in a way that supports how you live now — not how you think you ought to live.
Clients often tell me they feel calmer, more capable, and less weighed down after our sessions.
